And so Quir\u00f3nsalud emerged, with its slogan &#8220;Health, person to person&#8221;, which remains in use today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenges:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creating a solid, unified brand following the merger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising a complex brand architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evolving from tactical marketing to a strategic, global group-wide approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Role &amp; Experience:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CMO \/ Corporate Marketing Director, leading the creation of the department, the transformation of the marketing model and the development of the group\u2019s new brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lineas of action:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creation and structuring of the corporate marketing department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Definition of brand architecture (80+ assets).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of identity, narrative, tagline and brand guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design of marketing, communication and commercial support plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of digital strategy and assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquisition, loyalty, patient experience and lead generation programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impact:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A leading, coherent and recognisable brand across all touchpoints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication aligned throughout the entire group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing fully integrated with business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A solid foundation for the group\u2019s growth and consolidation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Building a Brand.
